All our iPhone 11’s run the latest iOS version, currently iOS 18.1.1.
All our refurbished handsets come with a 12 month warranty excluding user damage.
Our refurbished devices come with a USB Cable for charging. USB charging plugs are sold separately. 
Subject to availability, our refurbished iPhones sold through our website for delivery will be supplied with a free tempered glass screen guard and clear anti shock protection case. Screen guard will be pre-fitted for you. If you choose in store collection, you can choose a protection case of your choice. 
As the phones are not brand new, there may be some signs of previous use such as scratches or minor chips the frame. There will be no cracks on the glass. If you wish to see the condition of any devices before purchasing, you are welcome to either visit our shop or send us a message where we can arrange to send you over some pictures.
During our refurbishment process, we may have replaced some parts if required such as (but not limited to) screens, batteries, cameras or charging ports. When refurbishing our phones, if the battery health is above 80%, we don’t replace the battery however throughout the one year warranty, if the battery health drops below 80%, we will replace the battery free of charge for you under the warranty. The only exclusion to the free battery replacement would be if there is any visible cracks to the screen or rear housing. If there are any visible cracks, you will be required to have this repaired to then qualify for the free battery replacement. 
With the latest iOS, you can now check the battery health with replacement batteries.

**This warranty does not cover physical damage, damage or failures or injury which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, and improper voltage supply, interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, improper modification, firmware flashing, bios flashing or service by anyone other than CCUS Scotland or an agent approved by CCUS Scotland. 
If you do damage your device within the warranty period, if you have the device repaired by us, we will honour the remaining period left of the warranty. This excludes any liquid damages devices.**
***If a product sold by us is found to be faulty or develops a fault, the defective product will be fully tested to verify the fault. We will then repair or replace the product.***
